On June 20, 4th Special Equipment Inspection Proficiency Testing Activity(Pressure Vessel), hosted by the CASEI and organized by Jingmen Hongtu Special Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., concluded in Jingmen, Hubei Province. As a premier technical gathering in China's pressure vessel inspection industry, this prestigious technical event brought together 212 teams and over 750 participants from 142 inspection institutions across 30 provinces, making it the largest proficiency verification activity of its kind to date.

The opening ceremony was inaugurated by Xu Xiaoyong, Deputy Director of the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Administration, and Zhang Hua, Secretary-General of the CASEI. Fan Zhiyong, President of the Hubei Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institute, chaired the event..The proficiency verification focused on two main areas: supervision and periodic inspection of stationary pressure vessels and periodic inspection of mobile pressure vessels. Assessments were conducted through multiple methods,  including report review and hands-on practical tests. To ensure fairness and practicality, the Association formed a dedicated team half a year in advance to design the assessment program.

Ultimately, the majority of teams received a “Satisfactory” rating—highlighting the participants' strong professionalism and craftsman spirit. Held under the theme “Strive to Be Craftsmen in the New Era and Promote High-Quality Development,” the event served as a practical demonstration of standardized development in the special equipment inspection industry. It is expected to contribute to raising industry standards, building a highly skilled workforce, and driving high-quality growth in the field.
