The China Association of Special Equipment Inspection (CASEI) has launched the "Zhihui Tejian" online learning platform to enhance talent development, foster innovative training methods, and meet the continuing education needs of inspection professionals. The platform began its trial operation on August 27, 2025.

Designed for certified professionals across China's special equipment inspection industry, the platform adheres to the principle of "collaborative development, open sharing, and innovation", with focus on enhancing core competencies across various specialized fields.The trial operation phase is from August 27 to November 27, 2025. The courses cover 12 professional series, including over 100 specialized courses, with a total of nearly 300 class hours. During this phase, seven series will be available as free courses, while the remaining five will be offered at a 20% discount. The courses will continue to be enriched in the future.

Aimed at industry practitioners and institutions nationwide, the platform supports multi-device sync, multimedia learning, and interactive lectures.
